• Supports an advertising product for publishers 
• Monitor, troubleshoot and fix problems in live campaigns 
• Solve technical issues for customers by troubleshooting and investigating problems,  
• Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures 
• Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying 

      opportunities to optimize existing or new processes & tools.  

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Good customer service skills
• Patient and reassuring manner, a polite and professional approach 
• Excellent soft skills. Proven ability to turn frustrated customers into happy customers

• Experience in digital advertising and ability to articulate the concepts of display advertising
  

       monetization and operations:  Traffic, rotation, campaign performance, troubleshooting ad tags
       (JavaScript, HTML, iFrame) display ad creative types 

• Technical skills in the context of troubleshooting ad tags, customer data and tool
  

      discrepancies: HTML/CSS, HTML5 XHTML/XML, Javascript, PHP, jQuery, Ajax,
      Action Script (Flash, AS2, AS3), must have.

• Experience in digital advertising and ability to articulate the concepts of display
