BNY Mellon has had a presence in Poland since 2010 and our office in Wrocław is one of six Global Delivery Centres. The Poland Global Delivery Centre is a growing location and employees in Wroclaw deliver a wide range of investment services processes for the company’s asset servicing, financial markets, treasury services, investment management and other global businesses.

 

BNY Mellon is a global investments company dedicated to helping our clients manage and service their financial assets throughout the investment lifecycle. Whether providing financial services for institutions, corporations or individual investors, we deliver informed investment management and investment services in 35 countries, and can act as a single point of contact for clients looking to create, trade, hold, manage, service, distribute or restructure investments.

 

BNY Mellon offices are located in the center of Wrocław, right next to the Main Railway and Bus Station. We provide a modern, ecological and comfortable office space that promotes creativity. Open space helps us to work as a team, and when we need concentration, we can use many „quite rooms”. For the greater comfort of work, we also created Innovation Center, and for regeneration – a Wellbeing zone with massages. In addition, we also offer the opportunity to relax on the terrace, comfortable couches, and in coffee points.

What qualifications do I need to apply?

  • Advanced English proficiency (min. B2 level)

  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and accounting 
  • An interest in a career in financial services 
  • Basic Excel skills 
  • Ability to learn quickly

STAGE 1

Online Application

STAGE 2

Phone interview with Recruiter

During the phone interview, we will brief you on our recruitment process and will go into further detail on the position you have applied for. We will ask you various questions around your experience and knowledge of the English language. The call should take approximately 15 minutes.

 

STAGE 3

Analytical tests at the BNY Mellon office

Analytical tests are an additional stage of our recruitment process and are required for some of our positions. The recruitment team will invite you to this stage if applicable.

 

STAGE 4

Interview

The face-to-face or online recruitment interview is the most important element of the process. You will be invited to one of our offices or on online meeting to meet with the hiring manager who will go into further details about the role. You will also be told about the development opportunities within BNY Mellon. This is a good opportunity for you to demonstrate and explain how your skills align to the position. Maybe there is something you would like to ask us? This is the perfect time. Please reserve an hour for the interview, which will be held in English.

 

STAGE 5

Feedback

We will supply feedback on the interview in due course.

 

STAGE 6

Time to offer
